-
Select the object (text box, image, shape, chart, etc.) you want to animate.

-
On the top ribbon, click “Animations”.
-
You’ll see a list of basic animations like Appear, Fade, Fly In, Zoom, etc.
3. Choose an animation
-
Click an animation from the Animation gallery.
-
A small number appears next to the object showing the order of the animation.
4. Customize the animation
-
Click Animation Pane (on the right) to see all animations on the slide.

Options for customizing include:
-
Effect Options – Change direction or style of the animation.

-
Delay – Set a delay before it starts.

Click Preview (top-left in the Animations tab) to see how the animation looks.
-
Adjust timing or effects as needed.
7. Bonus Tips
